During the event

  • 1 exhibitor pass for the conference (do not include socials, these need to be booked separately)
  • Sponsorship of a breakout session and branding surrounding it
    • Company name next to session on the programme
    • Pop-up banner can be placed outside the session
    • Insert-can be left on seats of session
  • Branding in lunch area for one of the days (the day is subject to the signed contract return date and is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis)
  • Opportunity to welcome the audience on one of the days, typically before the sponsors lunch (the day is subject to the signed contract return date and is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis)
